Cost might change depending on when properties were listed
In building cost, rates vary according to client’s choice of finishing.
In renting, 3% nonrefundable fee of the total cost of property is paid while in buying, 4% nonrefundable fee of the total cost of property is paid as referral fee after securing/acquiring the property
In building, the exteriors such as borehole, floor interlocking, fencing, etc. are not included in the cost, however, there is room to negotiate with our Engr to include them.
We do not carry out any form of transactions on this website, all form of transactions are done.
